Well I think that’s red kale in there. I hate beets so that’s not it. I would taste it. This makes me feel pretty good 🙂 I know this is tmi bit I need something good because I have been bleeding for 8 days because of this iud and my period…yay
Yea, I got one Thursday. It was one of the most painful things ever. I am having on and off cramping and stiff which sucks but i think It’s normal so I’m ok. I just took out the nuva ring too so my body is probably just confused. It’s not too painful of cramping so I’ll be ok Haha. Tomorrow soccer game in willits!
